I offered to pay full price for a home at 3206 Arden Rd for 5.5 Million in August 2022. That home has languished on the market for over 3 years because the owner didn’t want to make an unconventional transaction with our private tribal trust. His ignorance and arrogance lead him to miss out on a profit 3 years ago. LESSON: “WHAT YOU DON’T KNOW WILL PUT YOU OUT OF BUSINESS.”

Purchased my home about 7 years ago and still finding faulty components though the home was listed as ‘remodeled’ at the time. Found covered up mold under the sinks after after breaking down cabinets, electrical system seems to not be wired correctly (had a stove plug blow up), HVAC system didn’t work properly and professionals are saying they've never seen a system like this. This company should be out of business! Don’t know how you feel that not answer calls or responding to emails is a great business model. Would not recommend anyone to work this company.

I reached out numerous times about properties listed on MLS to Chevel Brown and other agents (called & texted) days later, zero responses. Phone calls go direct to Google voice, or VM. Not sure what's going on but this is very unprofessional, I guess they don't care about their reputation anymore.

Found a home in the Heron Bay country club. Got there and wasn’t able to enter. Client really liked the home and the area, only to be ignored by the company. Someone texted me 3 DAYS later and ask what’s the address? You guys are terrible to work with. I’m definitely writing ALL JAR homes off my list to show.
