We did not receive any financial closing papers to review until the day before closing. There was more than a month for SW Title to prepare. We were never told by our realtor that we could shop around for title fees or companies. I found quotes that were less expensive than SW Title the afternoon before closing, but by then it would delay closing and be difficult for both buyer and seller logistically.
