I have never written a negative review in my life, but the experience I had today was so absurd and unprofessional that I felt I had no choice. I just left this office for the last time. I have been a patient here for three years and have stayed loyal to this practice even after moving to the South Bay, which requires a long commute in heavy morning traffic.
