Quality, customer service and most importantly the Japanese permanent hair straightening treatment are 10/10! I am so grateful for Kuan and this hair treatment. I wish I had found her and done this treatment long long ago. Not only did she provide me amazing results and service but she gave me a lot of helpful information on how to care for my hair moving forward. Kuan is super nice and a real professional. She immediately recognized where’s breakage, bleach, and dryness in my hair. She gave me a specific treatment for the bleached part of my hair and gave me a very good haircut just how i wanted. She was super careful but fast with doing my hair and i felt like i could 100% trust her.
