They were great. Windows are amazing, installation was amazing, the install crew was fantastic. They did everything they said they'd do and more! So happy, will use them again. Highly recommend. Only thing I would say is the gal that answers the phone is...... Not always kept in the loop, and she was slightly offensive. But what really mattered was the windows and the installation so .... Shawn and his crew were fantastic. Got my basement windows replaced. The quote was sent to me so quickly. I have dogs in my home and they were great to accommodate that and communicated well throughout the whole project. The installation process was top notch and clean up after themselves. I would highly recommend them.

Beyond useless. Had them come over and they took measurements for my door, he took my email to email me a quote and never heard back. I called and left a message and been totally ignored. Don't waste your time with these people. Extremely unprofessional
Great crew, very knowledgeable and experienced. My new windows are amazing, installation was amazing. They cleaned & vacuumed inside, outside is spotless, washed windows inside & out, replaced rotten structure, excellent finishes, rehung my blinds. Love my new windows so much, brightens my home from the old 40 year windows they took away. So happy, will use them again. Highly recommend Shawn Janzen & his crew.
