My experience at Janez family therapy has been beyond exceptional. From the first session our family felt welcome and respected. Vannessa, our therapist is neutral yet shows us empathy through this difficult time. I’m eager to go back to our session and wished the hour wouldn’t go by so fast. Our family has made improvements and I owe it all the Vannessa. Thank you so much for all that you do.
I am so happy to have found a great therapist at Janz Family Therapy. It was very fast and easy to get a first appointment, which I appreciate. The process is simple to sign in and wait for your therapist. The rooms are set up nicely for comfort and care. My therapist has been very supportive and friendly so far and every week I look forward to our sessions.
I like where they are located. Doesn’t take long to get there for us. When I first called for an appointment, the guy answering the phone was super friendly and helpful. We are working with Hannah for my daughter’s sessions. She’s very warm and friendly and works with my requests the best she can. The office is clean and quiet and very accommodating. We have been coming since July 2025 and it’s been a good experience for us as a family.
Loved my therapist. She really helped me and used techniques and approaches that other therapists hadn’t used. In a relatively short period of time I was able to greatly increase joy and learn lots of tools to address any depressive symptoms before they get out of control. I have a toolbox of tools now and I have recommended my therapist to others! I feel like I have finally reprogrammed my mind to be kinder and more loving to myself!
I love my therapist, she has been teaching me healthy coping skills and helping me to understand my feelings and how to healthily deal with the negative one's. Even though I am not exactly where I want to be yet in my mental health journey, I am definitely heading in that direction.
