Chip is very rude & unprofessional & has very bad personal hygiene, as well as the entire office smells putrid. When I tried speaking to him over the phone to discuss the mistakes made on our returns he lost his temper & yelled at me before hanging up on me. I never leave negative reviews, because I’d rather keep my feelings to myself than put a small/local business on blast but if I can save even one person from dealing with the consequences we’ve experienced since using this company, it’d be worth it for me.
Very unprofessional, actually yelled at me on the phone and told me his job was not to add numbers. Referring to receipts that were on a spreadsheet not added up.
State taxes in 2 states where split in half. Was only in indiana for 2 months. So they refigure and said I oue it all to 1 states and raised indiana $500.00 more dollars. Then said if was getting a certain amount back from feds and received less then half! Never again will I have these guys look at anything!! And ask about all of this and their reply was SORRY! REALLY
