I have a quarterly service with Janus to keep pests out and they always handle business. Very friendly and communicative. Happy with the service and would definitely recommend!
Jay came to our house to give us an estimate for pest control and mosquito & gopher control/management. Jay took the time to walk all around our one acre property and explain everything to us. He was at our house for 30-40 minutes going over everything with us. He wasn’t paid for our appointment/estimate or even guaranteed that we would sign up for service. Just signed up with Janus Pest Management for scheduled ant extermination service and termite service after doing my due diligence to find the right extermination company. I am extremely pleased with the service provided by both Jay and Uek. They both are professional and knowledgeable…and truly cared to solve my household pest problem. I’m glad that I found them!
Called Janus with a question regarding a bug invasion and in less than 24 hours Jay was at my house and identified the bug as well as pointed out that it was coming from some wood logs we had in our fireplace. He was very prompt and professional. This was after the company I use monthy said it would be 24-48 hours before a technician would call me! Thanks Jay from Janus Pest Management.
