robot call killing me
Would give 0. This is 3rd time I'm requesting tax forms; C/S claims was mailed out last 2x. Copies of death cert, executor papers, etc had to be sent multiple times as they were in "other depts". Pleasant on phone but all this added MONTHS to process. Unacceptable that financial company cannot do paperwork right the 1st time.
