The service department at jassen ford in York NE was above and beyond! Broke down 1200 miles from home Angie was awesome professional and knowledgeable even sent us to a great restaurant! AJ was a exceptional mechanic diagnosed our problem in minutes and had back rolling as fast as possible!! No doubt best service we've ever had from a dealership!

My experience recenly was excellent! I dropped my car off for oil change, oil gasket replacement and Ford recall service. I was met with friendly faces then and when I came back later to pick it up. Service manager explained what had been done, my car was left clean and not oily, and I felt confident my car was ready to roll. Very friendly and professional people, I would highly recommend and come back to.
