We live in Henderson Nebraska and bought a Vehicle at the Janssen and Son's Ford in Holdrege, but we couldn't make it to sign the title, so they sent it to the York store for us and we were able to get it signed! We want to thank Mike at Janssen Ford in York for taking good care of us and the entire Janssen Family for excellent customer service at both stores. With the excellent service all around we highly recommend Janssen's and will continue to business with them in the future. Thanks again Mike and the Janssen crew!
Janssen Ford! The whole team, even the owner - lol, treated me well. They didn’t play games with the price and negotiated fairly to create a deal. I particularly appreciated that they didn’t rush the negotiation and let me consider for several days without pressing for a deposit and/or insinuating they had another buyer lined up. Angie and AJ are some of the best people to work with. AJ is incredibly smart and does everything he can to get customers going timely, definitely a huge asset to their service department as well as Angie who keeps everything flowing smoothly. Hands down the best Ford service department around, there’s a reason why I drive 3 hours to get my vehicles maintained. Can’t find this service or knowledge anywhere local! I appreciate you guys tons!
I was traveling through town and my car was having issues, Jansen Ford was the closest place I could take my car, they got me in within 30 minutes, great service, and wonderful people! Would recommend them for any car needs!
