We had a great experience. It was a long day due to waiting on the bank stuff. However Shannon and Jeremy made us feel comfortable and they didn't push or make us feel cornered. We felt that we could make a decision based on our needs and they even let us take the vehicle shopping to get our items before we made the decision to purchase.
