Our previous roof was only 5 years old and the details were not done correctly. We were already getting some leaks at a few spots. It’s hard to know on the front end if a sub contractor is a detail-oriented service. I doubt that Jansen has a keen attention to detail. We have a complex roof with a gambrel style profile and four dormers. There are 16 spots where 4 roof planes intersect.
