Jansen was a huge help with hospice care at NewYork-Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital in Peekskill, and I'm very thankful for the program and the nursing staff at the hospital. However, since my mother died, Jansen have been MIA. They didn't reach out about funeral arrangements, but just let us muddle through. Thankfully, a friend found a wonderful local funeral home (Dorsey Carlone) who took us through the process with sensitivity and kindness. Broken promises and broken appointments—this service let us down in the worst ways. Even the Priest broke her appointment with my family twice. They initially promised hospice care five days a week for four hours per day, which I agreed to. But once they set up all the unnecessary equipment, they informed us they could only provide care three days a week. This place and the workers are truly a blessing. I can never repay them for the help and support that they gave me with my mom.While no other company wanted to take my moms case they were the only ones willing to take it. They stood by me thru all the trails and tribulations and I could’ve never done that transition without them eternally grateful
