I've been buying from Jan's Jewels for a very long time, at least 15 years. I'm not sure what happened with their customer service but our association is coming to an end. I've sent 3 messages asking for help to track down order receipts from 2025 that I need for taxes and these orders are not found in my main account. I've asked politely, of course. How hard can it be to find orders listed by name? I haven't gotten one response. Nada. Silence. Crickets. I'm very frustrated and disappointed.
