They Have me and my 4 kids living with a toliet that does not flush. For the last 4 Days we have not been able to pee, or have a bowel movement in this apartment. There are flies and nets everywhere in this apartment and I have called over 10 times for assistance.
They just don’t care! ROACHES! No security, no lock on front door. SAD, I had to call the exterminator they used to schedule an appointment, still have bugs & still waiting on the work order stating what was actually done. Disrespectful, & I quote “I don’t have time for your calls, I am busy”. I was hung up on numerous times. I complained since June for a lock on the entry door for safety reasons, I flipped when I started seeing roaches 1 month ago! I keep getting told it takes awhile to get rid of them. Janko properties are full of BS not a good building to live in I moved in an apartment I seen January 1st the day I moved into a garden apartment all kinds of problems no running water will it rain my apartment flooded I was without running water for 3 days because it was a weekend they didn't care about my problem now I'm trying to move quick fast and in a hurry as far as the gas bill is concerned I paid my own gas these people that owns this building had the furnace hooked up wrong and the oven had a gas leak so my reason ... read more
..I inquired about an ad listed for an 1 bedroom apartment for $750...applied. ..was shown the apartment and told $750....was approved days later and was told $800....after going back in forth with several ppl I said forget it and agreed to the $800...me and my bf went into the office. ...he is also on the lease. ..and paid a move in fee and first month's rent ....move in date was December 1st. ..I arranged for People Gas to come out and met them there before moving in which was December 2....maintenance was no were around .... read more
This really sucks to live in i got approved they gave me the run around on my move in date then they gave me the wrong keys still couldn't excess the place on the day they finally granted excess so they had to change my lease i rented from them Dec.2015 i moved in. 3 days laters i called to report i seen a bedbeg i called their hotline only to hear them lie and say someone will be out in the morning still til this day um still waiting on that morning now mind you when i signed my lease they gave. For every accusations, I have email proof from the property manager. 1. Moved in September 2013. 2. I was paying more rent than other tenants for the same apartment. 3. I complained about rodents being in the attic running around. 4. I was told because the furnace is in the attic, they have to leave the Windows open. This granted access to all rodents. 5. The lease ended September 2014 and we still hadn't found a suitable place. 6. Black mold began to come through the walls in the bathroom. 7. No one came for over 3-4 months... read more
