They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are.
