Best doctor I've ever had! I'm almost 39 weeks pregnant and I've been fortunate enough to have had almost all of my prenatal appointments with Dr. Penner. She has been an amazing OBGYN because she is patient, she explains things thoroughly, and while she makes recommendations, she understands that my birth preferences matter.
