Wonderful service and beautiful store BUT went to have a ring resized - their price was $500 higher than another jewler in town. Not sure why the huge markup but make sure you shop around!
The service was fantastic and friendly. The jewlery unique and beautiful. They helped restore our faith in jewlery stores. After a crushing disappointment at another jewlers, it was a refresh to find someplace with great prices, great service and great staff. Just goes to show good things come to those who wait.
This was my first time visiting Janiana’s, I had a pearl fall out of a necklace and needed it repaired. I can’t say enough about how wonderful and accommodating the staff was … I truly recommend going to this store if you been haven’t already. Their products are beautiful and the customer service is a 25 out of 10!! Thank you Janiana store and staff for making this such a wonderful shopping experience !!
