Very happy with my visit. After making a day-of-appointment for a worrisome issue, was called and offered an earlier time slot which I happily took. Not only was Dr. Ho personable, kind, and informative, but so was the staff that surrounded her. I was able to have my issue taken care of promptly that morning and look forward to my follow-up in a couple weeks.
Dr. Ho was fantastic. She took her time, was very thorough, explained her diagnosis and gave me a treatment for my macular degeneration that was far better than my previous doctor. The whole staff was excellent.
Dr. Ho is always very kind and professional. She is also very astute. At my last appointment, she recognized a problem in my file generated by the software which had mixed my record with that of another patient, and she corrected it on the spot both for me and the other patient. Rather than making me less confident in the Eye Institute because of the error, her intelligence and calm manner made me feel more confident. Dr Ho is always helpful and discusses all your options. She is very up on all the techniques. Also, her staff are outstanding. The male nurses are fun, helpful, and calms you down if you need It. Great team! Follow them to what every office we can get in.
