Dr Lim shows compassion and is comfortable to work with.
Dr Lim is a wonderful Dr, but the receptionist are really bad. Too much turnover every time new receptionist and bad ones. Twice I went for appointments waited there while others who came after me got called and see a Dr. This is the second time my name was crossed like I was already called. This was my physical check up. I left office never to see that place again. Please get ethically responsible receptionist.
Dr. Lim is wonderful! She is very caring, thorough and easy to talk to. I never feel rushed when I see her and she is quick to respond to messages. Her nurse and any other staff member I’ve encountered have been friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!
I am looking for a new PCP and this office requires you to fill out your forms before the make a new patient appt, which is ok. However, I turned in my form last Thursday right before they closed so I wasn’t expecting to hear from the office until this week. I called and called and called and it is very difficult to get someone on the phone. You hold so long you just end up hanging up!
