We were very impressed. Our first contact with Tom Dax was on a Friday afternoon before a three-day weekend. Tom clearly understood our needs and responded promptly to find a policy that fit our somewhat unusual situation. Within six days we had a policy that fit our needs perfectly. We have since posed several other operating questions to Tom and he has been thorough, cordial, and helpful in all discussions. It's been a pleasure to deal with IB&C..

Rates for my auto insurance were cut by $278 when I moved. The service is great and I"m moving my other policies. I like the location also close to my home

I was really impressed with the girls at Mosaic. I met with both Sandy and her daugther while I was switching my auto insurance. It was nice how they could save me money and were nice to deal with at the same time. I was mostly impressed with how much I learned about my insurance package. Great company and great service.
