Janet is AMAZING! From the process of listing our house, to the search for a new one, she did a wonderful job for my husband and I. I hired a company to list a house that I was selling. The company asked what I wanted to list it for, I told them, and we listed it for that price. After 3 weeks I still hadn't gotten a single offer. I felt that nothing beyond just the listing was being done, so I decided to try another Realtor. Janet talked with me about what I should list it for (about $30,000 less than I was currently listing it for) and why I should list it at that price.
