2023 : Dr Suarez is excellent ! Great knowledge, great manner. 3 years earlier : I've only had one consult with Dr Suarez, but I was impressed. Good manner, good balance between talking & listening, seemed thorough & knowledgeable.
Dr. Suarez gave horrific care to my son during Covid, a completely healthy person, who couldn't breathe, and said he was depressed. What a joke. He paid for better care out of pocket, to a Pulmonologist who actually tested him and he had damaged vocal cords from Covid. Don't walk, run, and find someone who actually will help you.
I felt like I made a new friend. I wasn't expecting this from a pulmonologist. I had spent the past week hiking the Arizona desert before my visit and had developed chest pain. The admitting nurse assessed me for this and immediately arranged an EKG. Probably just indigestion-too much freeze dried food. The nurse administered a lung function test with dignity. Great nurse.
