We engaged Janet Patterson in 2021-22 to make some adjustments to a 5,000 square foot condo at Ocean Reef Club. The former owner had already made significant improvements to the unit, which I think makes the assignment we handed to Janet even more challenging than doing a total makeover. Janet knew just what needed improving and how to get it done. We are very satisfied with her work and would engage her again without hesitation

JPID was a godsend to our home remodel. Janet and her team did a turn key service which saved time, cost and a few headaches on our part. Janets team selected every bit of what you see in our home, all flooring, tile, paint, fixtures, kitchen selections and then when ready, furnishings, floor coverings and accessories. Over the course of three weeks I was able to see the level of professionalism, detail, and design that went into this ocean front residence.
