She goes above and beyond to help, advise, educate, and negotiate everything in your best interest. If you're looking for someone to trust, stop searching, it's her. Working with Janet was a nightmare! We were buying a hause with her and selling it in 2 years due to move to Europe. When we bought the hause she was convincing us that everything is perfect she didnt point out some small issue with hause inspection unlike when we were selling the same hause, and was forcing us to fix all those issues for the buyers. It was a pleasure to deal with Janet during the stressful time of selling our parent's home. She took the time to explain everything so that we understood what needed to be done to get it sold. I will never use another realtor company let alone realtors again. I chose Janis and Janet back in 2013 to help me buy my starter home. The passed 6 years have been amazing, and now Janet and Janis have helped me find my forever home.
