I can’t believe they cancelled my appointment on the same day. There was no advance notice, and this appointment was scheduled a long time ago. They only informed me that morning that Dr. Huang might or might not be available, and I waited in the Zoom meeting for a long time before finally learning that my appointment had been cancelled. I understand that Dr. Huang may have just gotten off a flight, but could you at least let me know whether you can make it? It’s a matter of respecting the patient’s time.
I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. It’s extremely difficult to book an appointment, and no one ever seems to answer the phone during regular business hours. Even when I leave messages, I never receive a call back. I feel they are quite irresponsible, which is very frustrating!

Super impatient rude person on the phone. I explained I have Cigna OAP which is PPO, and they just said they never heard of OAP so they don’t take it.
Dr. Huang is one of the best doctors i have ever had. she is always on time, on top of things, and best of all, she is very helpful. Her staff is always very helpful, anytime I call in, they always pick up. Amazing doctor. I have had her for 14 years and recommend her service 10/10.
