If you want somebody who doesn’t do a good job this is the realtor for. We have had our house on the market for 3 months and she has not shown our house once. She will not fight for you to get the escrow money back. She doesn’t know how to advertise an open house. I’m completely disappointed in her ability to be a realtor.
