Dr. Chao was very thorough and approachable in helping me answer all the questions I had for my upper bleph procedure. Dr. Chao closed my overstretched ears and the experience has been so great! From the initial procedure in October 2025 to now in January 2026, she and her team have been so caring, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was able to re-pierce my ears after only a few months and she helped recommend the right placement being mindful of scar tissue. I’m super happy with my results and experience.
