Great n helpful in ensuring we knew how to find the office. Check in easy breezy. Evelyn and Dr B were awesome! Caring, accomodating, knowledgeable and easy to understand. 100 STARS!!!!!
The staff was awesome. They were all really nice and Dr.Betchkal was great. Thanks to all of the staff!
Care was fine. However, the $461.67 for an eyedrop was unexpected and a strain on my budget and I will have to put on a credit card on top of the $45 co-pay. What will the scheduled laser procedures cost me. When I called to talk to doctor on Friday and ran into a firewall and the return call did not come until midday Monday and I did not get to talk to the doctor. I was told they would send a coupon for $79. I need to know what the laser will cost and if I need to cancel.
They are all good. Did their job well in diligently, but then I was most impressed with the doctor. She came in and knew exactly what she was talking about seem very methodical and precise, I was very impressed..
Dr Betchkal is very thorough and takes time to explain any procedure and any eye condition you may have. Her staff is very professional, courteous and kind! I highly recommend recommend her practice!
