I was fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Betchkal by one of her other patients when I first moved to Florida in 2013. I’ve worked for 3 different hospital system here and have had insurance that didn’t include her in their network, but I didn’t care. She is the crème de la crème of glaucoma specialists and I wouldn’t trust my eyes to anyone else! Dr Betchkal and staff really care about their patients. Their knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I love the everything about the office and staff.
Lots of traffic. Can be difficult to get to if you are not familiar with the area. The doctor and staff are great.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Dr. Janet Betchkal. While her staff was consistently kind, professional, and accommodating—and frankly the highlight of the visit—Dr. Betchkal herself demonstrated poor bedside manner and a lack of professionalism throughout my appointment.
