I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Dr. Janet Betchkal. While her staff was consistently kind, professional, and accommodating—and frankly the highlight of the visit—Dr. Betchkal herself demonstrated poor bedside manner and a lack of professionalism throughout my appointment. I have been a patient for about 15 years, have been highly satisfied until today. I live an hour away and this time there was no sign on the door requiring a mask as there has been since 2020. I ask receptionist if they did away with wearing a mask and she told me only if you have a cold or coughing from allergies. I told her I am just getting over a cold so I’ll wear one. She then tells me that if you have a cold they have to reschedule me. I had not coughed once since I got there but they wouldnt take me. When they called ... read more

Dr is very smart and current. I am hoping she does not retire anytime soon. I’ve had several times where I needed the office to step in and provide me with samples and they were able to help out. Always polite and accommodating.
