The physician was nice enough, but she refused to code my visit as an annual physical, which is how I setup my appointment initially with Prisma. I hadn't been for an exam in 2 years and needed blood work and a check-in. The phlebotomist was out the day of my visit and I was told I would have to return for blood work. After receiving a bill for $300 for what should have been an insurance-covered annual exam, I did not return for the blood work. Had a problem with former Doctor and his nurse was rude. Dr. Perez Motlis is a caring person and does everything in her power to help the patient out.
She was very caring and listened to me, not rushing me in and out. I am very talkative, but felt like she handled that very well, she really cared.
Terrible visit was very dismissive. For a poc she was very unhelpful to me as a poc myself.
I highly recommend Dr. Perez-Motlis. She is open and friendly and explains things thoroughly. She will also discuss risks of medication vs. no medication for a condition and lets me participate in health care decisions. I trust her judgment.
Horrible. My 18 year old daughter was seeing her for about 7 months. She went on antidepressants(for the first time ever). Dr. switched meds 3 times in seven months. When trying to get in touch with the office-they never got back to her till days later. She reached out via email a week before Christmas expressing horrible side effects and asked if she could go off of that drug. No response. She took herself off and one month later took her life. Front staff/check in ALWAYS rude, almost belligerent. Dr. Motlis lack of knowledge, experience, or both for even simple health issues. I have been her patient for over a year and leave dissatisfied and frustrated every time. She is nice and polite, but I go to a physician because I have need a knowledgeable practitioner and she is not. Do not go here if you want someone who listens, was in the room for 5 minutes. We had been trying new medications for me. And every time I left a message for her nurse the NEVER called me back , even when I said I was having bad side effects. I had to call them back and within three days I would get a response. This is the third time. So I have moved on .Dony waste your time and money on a Dr that doesn’t take time to care to help you when are begging for relief!
Dr Motlis is awesome!! Very Cheerful and smiling!
