They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. It's very reassuring to know that they are recommended by other dentists. It gives me confidence that I'm going to a professional. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable.
They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
