Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I chose Jane's because the website said they could deliver same day to Charlotte. The website even had a counter saying how many hours left to order and receive same day delivery. I placed the order at 7:00am online, & received a confirmation. I decided to call at 12:00pm to double check that the order would arrive as promised. The above order was placed after business hours the evening before the funeral. We did not recieve the order off the printer until the next day , and the funeral had already taken place. These orders do not come immediately to us when they are placed. It goes to headquarters, then directed to us.. Teresa told the customer "we don't get these orders right away" I told him the same thing when I called him back.
