I am extremely disappointed with how this office handled my son’s appointment. Samuel had an allergist appointment that was scheduled since November. After waiting months, I received a call only about one hour before the appointment informing me that his appointment was canceled because the office does not accept TRICARE insurance. This information should have been addressed months ago, not on the day of the appointment. She took care of my son and now she is taking care of my daughter. Excellent doctor that really cares about her patients.
Dr Sher is a wonderful provider . My boys felt very comfortable with her .
Dr. Sher and Staff is non compliant. We have had communication about medication and prior authorization for close to 6 months while my child continued to see Dr. Sher regularly and suffer with no help. My child and I would recieved comments from others on how bad her condition looks and to find help. Do yourself and loved ones a favor and STAY AWAY.
