I am incredibly disappointed with how this office and doctor treat patient. We waited in the office for near an hour for some acute back pain. When doctor finally sees us it only takes less than 10 min in the room. To make matters worse, they charged $500 for this 10 min visit which is like 50 dollars per min just for words (no check did at the visit) - we felt dismissed and financially exploited. Very similar experience as the previous reviewer - the doctor talked to me on the phone from the next room saying she needed to use the computer on her desk. This was the first time I've had a wellness checkup in this way. Confused and feeling weird. But I moved from another state and needed to have a new family doctor; new to this area so I didn't give too much thoughts. Two months later, I had covid and called the office for medicine.
