My wife and I have seen Dr. Chien for a long time. Now we are not with Dr. Chien any more. To be honest, she is not a bad doctor. But here are a few things to improve. 1. Please be on time with the patient. Dr. Chien is very patient and spends quite long time with each patient. Then she delays to see next patient and on until the last patient can not tolerate. 2. The front desk should respond phone call promptly. I wish Dr. Chien the best.
I am incredibly disappointed with how this office and doctor treat patient. We waited in the office for near an hour for some acute back pain. When doctor finally sees us it only takes less than 10 min in the room. To make matters worse, they charged $500 for this 10 min visit which is like 50 dollars per min just for words (no check did at the visit) - we felt dismissed and financially exploited.
