Very similar experience as the previous reviewer - the doctor talked to me on the phone from the next room saying she needed to use the computer on her desk. This was the first time I've had a wellness checkup in this way. Confused and feeling weird. Unprofessional doctor that don't want to face to patient and want to bill you for every word she says.
Utterly pathetic & disgraceful practice by this doctor! Immoral & inhumane let alone a physician!!! My insurance switched and I had to find a new doctor, found Chien and decided based only on she went to Stanford. I waited inside her tiny exam room on the day of my physical. Received a call but didn't answer bc I didn't recognize the caller ID.
