They saved my mother's life. They treated her with the utmost respect and dignity. She is 88, last stages of Alzheimer's, and almost past saving when she arrived. They acted quickly and saved her. They treated her with love and compassion and were professional yet warm and courteous. They treated all of the family like we mattered. I highly recommend anyone use this facility. Thank you staff! We will always remember you. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!
You must wait 4 hours in the ER when they only have two patients. I have done my clinicals there and must say they have poor hygiene and the staff does make fun and talk poorly about patients.
Afew weeks ago I reaized I was having another heart attack.. I went to Jane Todd's ER & told them what was happrning. They asked me what meds I'd had recently & when I told them my nitetime Lortab they all just literally walked out of the ER & left me there. They thought I was seeking more pain meds! After awhile of me calling for help, a nurse came in & offered me a Motrin! I ook it, then signed out AMA & had to be driven to another hospital 45 min. away. The doctors and nurses at JTC have been excellent to me. I have a very complex case and a lot of baggage when it comes to getting treatment for my physical illness, Crohn's Disease. In other words, I'm a terrible patient. But thanks to the kindness, patience, and diligence of the staff there, I feel like a person needing help rather than just another chart on a desk. I hate hospitals, but if you (like me) need them frequently, the people at Jane Todd are committed, professional, and caring. Please keep up the great work!
