Situated near the city of Chicagos original northern-most boundary, the Bucktown block which Janes calls home maintains the quaint, main street appeal that was reintroduced in 1891, as the area was revitalized, following the Great Chicago Fire.

Great service! Great food! We ordered the cheese plate and someone even came to the table and told us a little about the different types of cheese.
We've been coming here for romantic dinner dates for the last five years, and you never disappoint. Charming ambiance and delightful dishes with a varied drink menu, always something perfect for every mood.
What a fabulous restaurant. Great food, service and drinks! They were wonderful about getting us served in time to go next door to the play! Thank you!
