We went to Jane Pauley Community Health ⁸Center to get more informed about healthcare options. We worked with Lauren Wack. Her attitude was great. She was very helpful and informed us of different options available and strived to make sure we were aware that we had options.

What a great doctor's office. Staff there very professional, polite and respectful. Candice Closser, nurse practitioner, is the best. She is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, polite and caring. I'm 68 years old and I have never encountered such a great person. She is what other medical professionals need to learn from.
Every time I take my child to the Castleton location, the staff act like they don’t want to do their jobs. I believe my son may be on the spectrum and possibly has ADHD, so I took him to be evaluated. The doctor told me, “There are no tests for autism.” which left me completely confused. How is autism diagnosed then? The doctor was nonchalant, unhelpful, and rude. It’s like he was trying to make me feel stupid!
