I went to Dr. Otto on the recommendation of one of the top oral surgeons in the mid-west. After a lifetime of dental work that has lead to one problem and then another I was shocked when Dr. Otto figured out ways to renew and restore teeth without redoing caps as every other dentist had insisted I needed. I am a 54 year old female who had never been pleased completely with a dentist and dentist ofce. Jane Otto is the best I've ever been to. She is good at what she does, pleasant, compassionate and pleasant. She rates a 10 in my book!!!

Jane is fantastic. I have never had better experiences at a dentist's office. I saw the review completely trashing Jane's receptionist Mary (who btw is Mary's sister). Mary has always been nothing but professional, polite and helpful. They truly are the best!

I find that it is sometimes easy to overstate how much I like or "approve" of a service when filling out these online reviews. Without exaggeration, this office is the most professional, affordable, flexible, and "humane" dentist's office I've ever been to. Perhaps the most balanced review I can give is to say that I have referred my entire family to Jane Otto's practice, including my 80-year-old Dad who has myriad dental issues as a result of battling a brain tumor. Dr. Otto is very good at all procedures she has perforemed for me. She frequently invests in the most modern equipment. I saw a negative comment regarding the receptionist, Mary. I have dealt with her for over 10 years and have always found her to be highly proffesional as well as personal. If you treat good people with respect, they will treat you with respect. These are good people.

Dr Otto is actually very nice, its the other one Mary Otto. She is quite unprofessional and most rude. She doesnt have any type of personality and talks down on you like she is better or something. If Dr Otto fired her, I would recommend her more but I dont think anyone should be subjected to that type of attitude.

I highly recommend Dr. Otto and her staff. She is proficient, detailed, kind & trustworthy. Excellent chair side manners.

Having gone to another local dentist for years I tried Jane last year. They do an extremely thorough job cleaning and checking for everything. My teeth had not felt so clean in years! Had a cavity re-done last year and it was painless! Highly recommend to anyone.
