Dr. Charles is simply amazing. Her expertise and care go way above what anyone can expect out of a Doctor. She takes her time and shows a genuine interest in each family. She is thorough in her assessment....she remembers more than most doctors do.....and her treatment plans are so encouraging. She represents MUSC and the developmental department extremely well. I thank my lucky stars that my daughter was a patient of hers for so long.

IN ALL HONESTY RUTLEDGE TOWERS NEEDS TO DO BETTER IM HIGHLY UPSET WITH THEM YOU NEVER SEE ONE DR THEY ALWAYS SWITCHING DOCTORS IM TIRED OF MY CHILDREN SEEING MULTIPLE DOCTORS AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF THEY NEVER LISTEN TO THE PARENTS AND THEY NEVER KNOW ANYTHING THEY ALWAYS THINKING INSTEAD OF KNOWING Y'ALL WENT TO SCHOOL FOR THIS Y'ALL SHOULD KNOW NOT THINK... I'M LOOKING FOR A NEW DOCTORS OFFICE FOR MY CHILDREN AS WE SPEAK
