reliable and responsible
Been a patient for years and definitely not going back. The front desk charged me what she felt like, disregarding what I was trying to explain. Her statement of "I'm in charge here, so this is what is going to be" is the final nail to the coffin.
Appointments with Dr. Chen are always professional. She and her staff are very pleasant and friendly. I am highly satisfied and will definitely recommend her practice to my friends.
I’ve been a regular patient here for over a year, and Dr. Chen has always been amazing. He personally checks my teeth every time, which shows how professional and dedicated he is. The front desk staff are also friendly and helpful. I always feel well taken care of. Highly recommend this dental clinic!
