Great experience! My hair was falling out everyday due to damage and split ends. I came to Jane hoping she could help me. She gave me a full consultation and talked me through what we could do while keeping my hair long and healthy. I decided to have a cut as well as a treatment and I also wanted to re-dye my hair. Don’t cut your hair at this inexperienced place. Very beautiful long hair got ruined and cut with hate. So painful what they did to such a beautiful long hair. I don’t know what kind of people are working there but definitely not hairstylists.

Today I asked to have 1 inch taken off with a 1 cm layer, and to have it straight across on the back. Yes, very specific but I have long hair and would like to keep it that way. I have been getting the same haircut (1 inch off) for 10 years now and love it that way. I decided to try this salon as it was recommended. Once the session was over I realized it was 4 to 5 inches taken off my length. It's super choppy at the back. I am devastated. A family member went here and the girl that was cutting her hair cut off a huge amount about a foot when she only wanted an inch cut. Her hair was to her waist and she left with it almost shoulder length. The cut is choppy and a mess, my niece spend yesterday crying because her hair is ruined. Very upsetting, it took years to grow and this place took that away in a few minutes, just absolutely terrible. I would give a zero star review if I could.
