Great experience! My hair was falling out everyday due to damage and split ends. I came to Jane hoping she could help me. She gave me a full consultation and talked me through what we could do while keeping my hair long and healthy. I decided to have a cut as well as a treatment and I also wanted to re-dye my hair. Jane cut almost all my split ends while keeping my hair long and fixed the damage by using various products on my hair, we then did a demiperm I think she called it which was the least damaging dye we could use. Don’t cut your hair at this inexperienced place. Very beautiful long hair got ruined and cut with hate. So painful what they did to such a beautiful long hair. I don’t know what kind of people are working there but definitely not hairstylists.

Today I asked to have 1 inch taken off with a 1 cm layer, and to have it straight across on the back. Yes, very specific but I have long hair and would like to keep it that way. I have been getting the same haircut (1 inch off) for 10 years now and love it that way. I decided to try this salon as it was recommended. Once the session was over I realized it was 4 to 5 inches taken off my length. It's super choppy at the back. I am devastated.
