The trampoline classes at Jane Do are incredible, and the trainers are all so friendly and energetic. As someone who never really took formal exercise classes before joining, I can say that you can really ease yourself into the rhythm of each class. I joined 3 weeks ago, and coming to the classes is the highlight of my day!! The workouts are very fun, challenging,and has you sweating throughout the whole time. There's a sense of community and motivation. I've enjoyed coming here
I joined Jane DO last fall and it has quickly become a highlight of my day. The community is amazing, they have a great variety of classes - taught by PHENOMENAL instructors - and I've already seen my body get stronger and fitter!
