Tried contacting this place numerous times and I either 1) never received a response back and wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone, or 2) was given an attitude by the person working the phone and was told to just “call back in a couple weeks” to see if they had any availabilities. And yes, I did call back during the time frame mentioned and, shocker, could not get ahold of anyone. Tip : If something looks/sounds too good to be true - it is. Don’t even bother with these people.

I’m giving three stars simply because three is better than two. I’m a Spiritist and Eye 👁️ See beyond the scope of what is front of me. I’m also an analyzer by Nature and I believe the intake process is the invite, the welcome the inspiration and tone setter in a place such as Garden Place. I tried to call to connect them yesterday. I asked the agent for a single apartment, she answered that they don't have any available. I asked when will they have available, she said I don't know with an annoy sound and put me in waiting list. Hopeless. I'm single mom, I'm living in my parents house. Every time I talk with my parents I feel unhappy, upset, exhausted that I'm useless person, worse child. I always try to avoid to see them in their house. Jane Cizik Garden Place is a dream come true. The beautiful gardens are well kept and something new is always happening, which makes a stroll trough them delightful. The management does a fantastic job of keeping the grounds clean and safe. Maintenance requests are addressed swiftly, and the residents are friendly. The is case management on site and Community center right next door that includes a health clinic and other resources to enrich our lives. I absolutely love it here, and am grateful beyond belief.
