Really bad experience with David Lanier one of their realtors told me not to waste his time if i wasn't pre approved for a loan made an appointment with him to see a property and told me he wasn't gonna show up 30 minutes before the appointment because his pre approved clients were more important.
As a photographer for TK Images I have shot for them a few times now, and every experience is of the upmost professionalism. I can only imagine how nice it must be to have them represent clients in their realestate transactions. Keep up the great work! Look forward to the next one. 👏
This brokerage has been fantastic! It's especially great for beginners, offering extensive training and consistent support for their agents. It's a wonderful place to work, with so many helpful and amazing colleagues.
I highly DO NOT recommend working with any of the realtors associated with this company. There are MANY negative reviews for a reason. And in all honesty, don't let anyone trick you into signing a contract with them, you don't need to. It's easier getting a home alone rather than needing help, and if you feel you need a relator; establish a relationship first before agreeing to sign any contract.
