I had an appointment with Janay Taylor at 3pm 10/18. I put in my PTO to leave work early and drove 45 mins to her office to get seen. When I arrived, the security guard told me Ms Taylor left for the day at 2pm. I called Ms Taylor and she had forgotten about my 3pm appointment for 10/18 that SHE confirmed through text messages. She stated she got called in to her other job and thought our appointment was for tomorrow. She did apologize however that is completely unacceptable.
