I experienced this facility back in August 2025 for color and a retwist for locs. When booking I let the whoever I booked with that my hair had numerous colors and I just wanted one main color and a retwist. I was there from 7am until closing and they switched me from one person to another because she didn’t really know about locs and color so I went to someone named Latrisse I believe? I came here to get a silk press and I haven’t had my hair pressed in years! I’m a black natural hair queen and I wear my curls and braid outs all the time. However, I wanted to get my hair pressed and Jana’s salon was the salon I chose to press my hair. The salon is absolutely gorgeous and I did have an appointment same day! So I didn’t have to wait. I took a few days to write this had to sit on my feelings. I go to Jana’s occasionally. My recent visit was Wednesday before thanksgiving my appointment was at 4 my hair didn’t get started until 5:30. I have a short cut and blonde hair (done by them) I was going to get my color touched up and finger waves. My honey blonde hair is white and falling out. THIS IS THE WORST SALON EVER!!!! I had healthy nice curly hair I went in to get it washed dried and straightened one star is way to many my hair is completely fried!!!!! There is NO CURL PATTERN LEFT!!!! I don’t press my hair often so this shouldn’t have been an issue however when I went to return my hair to its natural state it just won’t curl!!! My daughter got a retwist and it turned out lovely. We were greeted when we entered. Her stylist was nice and made her feel comfortable. I recommend and we'll be back.
