I became a patient of Dr Chen during my junior year in undergrad at what was probably the most difficult time of my life. I wasn't really aware at all of the effects of anxiety and depression but my sessions with Dr Chen made me more cognizant of stress management and her psychotherapy was extremely effective in resolving some eating disorders I had since I was a child. Dr. Chen is great! She has a very peaceful presence, she’s personable, and very easy to talk to. She keeps great notes and always remembers where we left off no matter how long it’s been since I’ve seen her. She gives helpful advice on how to navigate my troubles and overcome my obstacles.
