Dr. Clapp has been taking care of me since 2005 for breast cancer. She is an excellent Dr. She knows what she is doing and I love the way she explains everything to me. She is never in a hurry and takes her time listening to me. I have stage 4 metastatic breast cancer and I wouldn’t wanted to go through my journey with anyone else. I love Dr. Clapp.

I have been seeing Dr. Clapp for two and a half months. I find her to be very professional but also warm and engaging at the same time. We always share a laugh or two during the visit. She is serious about my illness and answers whatever questions I can think of. I appreciate her openness with my situation and do feel that she is 100% in my corner.

Habitually late for appointments. I had to wait 1-2 hours past my appointment time. She would never answer questions over the phone. She always made you come in to see her even if it was the simplist question. Overall she wasted my time and money.

Her lack of compassion is like something I hope I never have to see again.When my father had cancer she was lead Dr on his case. Not only would she not see him, answer our questions, get him in for another appointment a month+ before he died, she did not come see him when he was admitted to the hospital and had Dr Durica see him instead. I'm a PA-C and would never treat any of my patients or their families like she did. I would be ashamed if anyone in my practice acted in this manner. Shameful..

Feel very blessed that her heart and knowledge were on my side. Dr Clapp and her staff (especially Lori) were "heaven sent". ??????
