Dr Clapp herself is an amazing, caring person. Unfortunately, not once was she on time to my appt. Typically it was an hour+ wait. And every time you see her, you pay a facility fee that is more than her office visit. Finally, though she typically spent about 10 min. with me, I was charged for a 30-39 min. visit and was told by billing the time starts when I enter the exam room, not when she does. Dr. Clapp is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. She listens and cares. I am so thankful to have her and her team taking care of me. They go above and beyond to meet my needs even if this means missing lunch to accommodate my schedule. I think God for placing me in her loving care. It makes this journey much easier.
Worst experience with this doctor! She made me wait not only 30 minutes in the waiting room but also another 30 minutes in the little patient room waiting on her. She didn't even know my name at the appointment and didn't suggest any solid treatment plan. She just printed off a single piece of paper, call me by a different name and spent less than 10 minutes with me. Uncompassionate and not genuine at all!! DON'T GO TO HER!!
I would definitely recommend Dr. Clapp. I have never had any long wait times to be seen, she is extremely compassionate and knowledgable. I use the INTEGRIS app to ask questions between appointments and the response time is very fast. No complaints at all.
If Dr. Clapper does not know the answer she will research it and let me know. She did this on my last visit and I was very grateful.
Dr. Clapp is a very caring doctor. She always makes me feel very at ease even when there are hard things to discuss with my diagnosis. She listens and cares to hear what I as the patient am feeling. I would recommend Dr. Clapp to anyone I know.
I have been a patient of Dr Clapp since 2005. I believe and trust that she is doing everything medically and knowledgeable that she can do for me. She is very caring for her patients. I would definitely recommend her.
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Clapp! She is a very caring doctor and is a wonderful person. I feel very fortunate to have her as my dr.
