I will second that! I can also say that renting from Jan Trammell is first and foremost a horrible experience. Nothing ever gets taken care of in a timely manner. I wish I would of shopped around a lot longet then I did before I decided to rent from them
You better think twice! Jan Trammell is NOT the one you want to call on when you are looking for a honest and respectful Realtor! She is insufficient and not caring about anyone but herself. She is only in it for the money. You would think a Realtor would only provide you a house that they would want to live in their self. Not some run down piece of crap. Talking about headaches- that offices will give you one. They do not have it together!! They treat you dis reapectful and do not think twice about it. I do not know how the... read more

A great experice with Jan Trammell My experience with Jan Trammell was one i will never forget. She is very Kind considered and truly a woman of great faith and intergrete. She truly cares about the buyer and their family. We went thourgh a process to purchase a home from her. Although things did not workout on the purchase of the home. She did everything thing she could to help make the deal work. two months later she sent a Card to my home that she was still their if we ever needed her again. The good, the bad, and the ugly I have never been so thoroughly disappointed as I was with a property manager at Jan Trammell Reality this spring. The only words that come to mind to describe my experience are: misled, deceived, and let down. I put an application in for a rental home in the Fayette area. Slow is also a word you could use to describe this process. After delivering, redelivering, and redelivering again information they asked for, I was told that pending a background check (that took over 36 hours to obtain and... read more
